1. Handloom Textiles
All our products are handcrafted handloom textiles. Due to the intricate weaving process, minor irregularities or variations may occur from one product to another. These are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and should not be considered defects.
They reflect the authentic charm and individuality of handwoven craftsmanship.
2. Color Variations
Please note that the colors of our products may vary slightly from those shown on your screen. Such variations can occur due to lighting conditions during photography or differences in display settings across monitors and mobile devices. We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
3. Quality Assurance
Every piece is carefully inspected multiple times before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Our quality assurance process is designed to maintain the excellence and authenticity you expect from RuiDhaaga.
4. No Return or Exchange
Considering the nature of handloom products and our commitment to maintaining hygiene and authenticity, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
We encourage our customers to review all product details carefully before making a purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting handcrafted Indian textiles.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via email at hello@ruidhaaga.com within 72 hours of receiving your order, using the subject line “Damaged or Wrong Product”. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Once verified, a replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund amount will be adjusted for any discounts, offers, or promotional codes applied during checkout.
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and fairness, we request customers to record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening the package before removing or unfolding the product.
- This video serves as proof in case of any damage or discrepancy.
- Requests raised without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted for replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Videos shared after unpacking or partial recordings will not be considered valid evidence.
This policy is designed to protect both our customers and the hard work of our artisans.
