We want your RuiDhaaga experience to feel as personal and thoughtful as the pieces we create. Every saree, dupatta, and stole is handcrafted with care, and we make sure that same care reflects in how we pack, ship, and support you.

Shipping

At this time, RuiDhaaga ships only within India, with the hopes to expand in the future as our small business continues to grow. And we offer FREE shipping through trusted partners across India. 

Dispatch Time: All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline: All ready-to-ship orders typically take 10-14 business days from dispatch to reach you, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and courier service availability.

RuiDhaaga’s small, women-led team handles every package with love, from quality checks to the final wrap, before it leaves our studio.

Please note that during festivals, national holidays, or busy seasons, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.

Once you place an order, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process it. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.

Orders in Transit or Delayed or Lost 

We understand how special it feels to receive something handcrafted, and we try our best to get it to you safely and on time.

If your package seems delayed, please allow an extra 1–2 days as couriers sometimes face unexpected holdups.

If it still hasn’t arrived, please write to us at hello@ruidhaaga.com, with your order ID, and we’ll check with our delivery partners immediately. You can whatsapp us on +91 8240026992 with subject line as ‘LOST  DELIVERY <> ORDER ID’

Once the parcel leaves our studio, it’s in the care of the courier. While we’ll always do our best to assist, RuiDhaaga cannot be held responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier or those lost or stolen in transit.

We recommend connecting with your local courier office for additional tracking support.

Incorrect/ Incomplete  Address or Contact 

If you’ve entered a wrong address while placing your order, please email us right away at hello@ruidhaaga.com with your order number and the correct address.

A request to change or modify an address or number will only be accepted before an order has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes. However, if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address or an unavailable recipient, a re-dispatch fee of ₹400 will apply.

If the courier company charges a penalty due to an incorrect or incomplete address (for example, a mismatch in the PIN code), the customer will need to bear that cost.

Re-shipping will be initiated only after the re-dispatch fee has been paid in full. Delays in payment of these charges may also lead to additional delivery delays. 

RuiDhaaga will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address or contact number.

Returns & Exchanges

Each RuiDhaaga piece is handmade, one of a kind, and created in limited quantities. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All RuiDhaaga purchases are final.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you have any doubts about the fabric, color, or embroidery, our team is always here to help, write to us, and we’ll guide you with love and honesty.

Order Processing

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared and packed. Our fulfillment team works Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (IST), excluding major Indian holidays.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email.

Damaged or or Missing Products or Incorrect Products

Each RuiDhaaga piece goes through multiple quality checks, but since everything is handmade, rare mishaps can happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please share the unboxing video on email hello@ruidhaaga.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our team will respond in 24-48 hours for the same.

Without the unboxing video the request won't be considered. Once the video is sent to us,  we will evaluate the issue and take immediate action to fix the issue.

Unboxing Policy

To maintain fairness and transparency for both our customers and artisans, we request you to record a full unboxing video at the time of opening your package.

Please ensure the video clearly captures:

  1. Start recording before you open the parcel.
  2. The unopened parcel with its shipping label visible
  3. The entire unboxing process from start to finish, before the product is unfolded or removed from packaging

This simple step helps us verify any concern in case your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you wish to report such an issue, the unboxing video is mandatory for us to review and assist.

Without this video, we will not be able to process returns, replacements, or exchanges.

This policy is in place to protect you as a customer and to safeguard the time and effort of the artisans who create each RuiDhaaga piece by hand.

RuiDhaaga is a 100% artisan-led brand. Every product you buy is made by skilled hands, no machines, no mass production.

Because of this, each piece is unique. Slight variations in stitch, color, or pattern are not defects but a sign of true craftsmanship. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same, and that is the beauty of handmade.
